APEX relational expression

It had been known to widely among photographers and the researchers in the field since the Silver-Salt film period that an adequate exposure value could be calculated by applying "APEX relation expression".

Even after the biggest revolution, exchanging the chemical imaging sensor method into Physical electronic one, exactly the same idea and the way of thinking are invited unreasonably. This matter will be described later.

We should pay attention to that the Exposure Value is absolute value on the other hand AV, TV BV and SV are all relative values promptly. It is relatively difficult to explain about Brightness Value to laymen and beginners.
