Because of the reason as shown in the picture, PILOT Fighter could not take off at the moment of competition. Incredible critically destructive phenomena happened on the elevator servo. Anyway, Fighter could escape from being destroyed by falling down, it is a profitable luckiest result in the disaster.
Some chemical smell and smoke were observed while checking in the working room after coming home. Any circuitry shorting must be happening in the servo controlling amplifier. Now is the time to resign to use any third party servo however cheaper they might be. I cannot pretend not to see the miserable results considering the cheep prices, it's no meaning to use an unreliable devices if I count out my own time and effort, above all, it's very dangerous to fly uncontrollable model airplane among the watching people.
The smaller and the cheaper devices, the less reliable for a model airplane in the air.
The score of meeting yesterday and the day before yesterday was 6th grade in 12 applicants. I think it was not good but not so bad, because the competitive airplanes were all for stunt designed low wing ones except mine. In another words, PILOT Ace B is high wing trainer model, even with this unsuitable trainer airplane could obtain middle class achievement as a matter of fact.
Ace B played a part of inconvenient Fighter well.
I'm going to participate in the competitions in future even in the tournament held in a bit far away.
As my big surprise, I could meet with an old friend since 55 years ago, I was a elementary school boy and he was a Japanese Self Defense Personnel at that time, of course he is a retired veteran now.

Dental treatment & preparation for the meeting
A distal root canal of my right lower first molar has filled at last today, the dentist showed how successfully the clinical procedure has been done showing some restricted X-Ray films. Though I believe in his clinical technique so well, my stress is saturated at the highest point with plateau phenomena especially when some itching stimulation was provided onto the tip of the root. Anyway I get out of the dentist's exhausted however pretty para dental stuffs might say something to me in order to scatter my concentration on the tooth. Doctors and Police are the place never to visit except any emergency.
About the Golden Age Radio Control model airplane meeting held a few days later, preparation is almost ready, not so good but not so bad.
Slow fuel mixture should be set at the leanest position avoiding the specific richer condition of turning spin maneuver caused by centrifugal effect. When the fuel tank is positioned at lower point from a saggital view, inverted spinning maneuver makes considerably richer atmosphere.
And the main needle valve angular position is so set at richest position as considering the closing and tightening phenomena occurring in the later half and rising up leaning condition, sometimes 4 cycle operation on the 2 cycle motor might be acceptable to satisfy the mentioned requirements.

Maintenance
Though I can't explain what's that, I felt the disharmony that somehow feel on the operation of OS 32 SX motor while the flight today. Careful observation led me to the important point, rubber mounting, all the screws were too loose to support the motor enough, a mentioned inconvenience thoroughly disappeared after tightening. PILOT Ace B is prepared to attend the meeting now.
PILOT Fighter destroyed few days ago has repaired and the test flight was performed today. Break-in procedure gains power more and more as ENYA 20 motor, just a little bit more additional procedure is required to draw maneuver more freely like Ace B with OS 32 motor. Something black is contained in the exhaust oil still now.
The sequelae by the main bearing rust remains on YS 45 FR motor, the bearing inner lace and crank shaft would slip and some substantial deficit may be caused if I continue to use this motor without replacing bearings.
Main bearing replacement would be performed from now. The exhaust oil is not always clean and clear like the good conditioned motor shows, something must be wrong?
Though the hottest season as it is now, starting flight at 6 early in the morning and close around 9 is the best way to train myself, no other flyer comes and no interrupt happens, in addition, the strength of the wind air flow is very little, so the bad flight habit is easy to understand and adjust it.

Trouble
The cause of strange phenomena was found out when the motors were replaced from OPS to OS, one of 4 mounting insulator was destroyed and the motor mount was supported by 3 points instead of 4 ones. Strange noise was discerned occasionally and the reaction by the elevator action had strange habit.
Wooden propeller that has some crack in radial direction causes very strange and destructive noise, just unendurable noise, it was the first experience in 55 years life in this field, anyway, even now, I have new findings whenever I come to the flying place, arrived at 6 early in the morning and finished around 9.
Tomorrow I would do the same, as long as my energy continues.
OPS 60 motor would be continued on some different opportunity and the motor was changed into OS MAX 60 FSR, ring version not ABC.
YS 45 FR motor had some rust in crank shaft supporting main bearing, 4 days leaving untouched caused this critical phenomena, probably because of mismatching of Tuned Pipe setting. I'll check this tomorrow. Getting accustomed to the condition of Tuned Pipe, some extension and prolonging the distance is required on the way of use, this is one of a common sense in this field.
Preparation for participating the meeting at the end of this month at Hyogo Pref., my training for drawing maneuver pattern is almost finished, PILOT Ace B would be applied for the purpose on the day, OS 32 motor operates very well pulling enough to the vertical direction.

Compression ratio
Italian made model engines are often so designed to be used under low Nitro-Methane or straight fuel, so compression ratio is high. Too high compression causes detonation if some high methane fuel is used.
In order to obtain smoother combustion, applied I 0.20 thickness adjusting shim as usual. Rotational smoothness and good combustion exhaust note would be obtained if the balancing of motor operation would be established.
Also, Center of Gravity without a spinner and the front cowl has re-adjusted by putting some weight just behind of the motor.
PILOT Fighter has repaired and also, dihedral angle of main wing was reduced into Zero degree while motor hi and straight flight. Residual brake-in procedure would be continued on ENYA 20 motor. Not a few pattern should be drawn if I had made an entry to the contest.

Old ENYA 29 TV
ENYA 29 model 5224 with square shape intake port is waiting for burdening on PILOT Ace B after coming contest. OS 703 muffler is set by way of one-off make adapter, Lost -Wax casting method was utilized for the purpose with the intention for my own handcraft.
Because a genuine Hi-Compression head was set, the compression ratio adjusting shims were fabricated from 0.20 mm thickness aluminum sheet.
Probably, this kind of actual cut & try experiment would be required whenever the compression ratio is changed, this is like a maker researching and developing division engineer's revel trial, in addition to establishing the stability at low speed, doing the transition and connectivity from lo to hi, lo to middle and middle to hi. This is not an easy task but an interesting one because keen concentration and patience are required on the way.

Carbon main gear
Deeper steering angle application loses rising speed with exhaust note change and this phenomena causes bad impression. So, 12-7,25 would be the most suitable propeller used on Hornet with YS 45 FR motor.
The setting of Tuned-pipe, needle valve and regulator are all favorable today.
I feel recently that I have come to the level to compete with another applicant in F3A field. The use of Electric power source must be mastered ASAP, probably it would not be so easy task, but not so difficult as not to be overcome.
PILOT Ace B with OS 32 FX motor flies well as to cover all the required maneuver patterns including F3A P-17.
OS 25 LA with YS Fuel pressurizing system by diaphragm regulator valve works well as to draw all the P-17 patterns. The throttle response and transition are both capable to use at some competition scenery.
TETRA Pigeon 20 would be the most likely to be burdened this power source in very near future.
I hope that below 1200 mm span length classification would be considered by some competition organizer.
Sukhoi 30 is now under construction, the weak main gear is replacing into more stronger Carbon fiber type by HIROBO.

ENYA GM10S on OPS 60
The transition from lo to middle does not work well on Perry carburetor, an adequate mixture at the idling rpm makes leaner mixture at a little bit higher position, this problem could not compensated by any adjustment at the mixture adjusting knob. The groove shape must be changed into a bit richer shape at middle low position, more experiment should be done on the point by the research and development division of the manufacturer, OPS.
Now, an unreliable carburetor Perry has replaced into ENYA GN10S, the manufacturer's engineer took pride in It's fine designing and actually sure performance.
More stable and reliable carburetor adjustment would be performed next time.
Replaced E-MAX ES9257 servo on aileron works very well in spite of a single action activated only from channel 1. No aileron differential performance is required while maneuver and landing sequence.
The contest organizer that I sent application form by the conventional method 2 days ago called me up asking am I taking an Inn there or not, it's a very kind of him to take care of an applicant promptly.
The purpose of this event is not an always a pure competition, but just to enjoy some old designed model airplanes and to reconstruct our precious communications each other, so he said in our conversation today.
As I said in the paper to take part in the event with my PILOT Fighter, I must repair it ASAP and flight test should be done.

Aileron servo broke
Apparent hunching phenomenon at neutral position on right aileron servo Tower Pro MG90S obliged me to replace it today. 2 servos were set on right & left aileron promptly as they were, I changed it into single servo control design, aileron differential and air break function would be lost. Simple construction I have chosen this time because of competition at the end of this month.
As for role axis adjustment, elevator and rudder mixing would compensate well if aileron differential function would not be activated.
Application data form could not be sent to the organizer yesterday, so I sent it by the conventional way, because the date stamp yesterday was important.
OPS 60 motor is obtaining good operation, the third flight was done and motor condition becomes better and better gradually with higher compression.

OPS 60; Good performance
Basically I have never believe in Perry carburetor made of Engineering Plastic material because of it's wear resistance and thermal deformation, so I thought it's physical property should be poor compared with some light alloy.
It's the first time for me to use Plastic Perry carburetor including the fuel pressure type ones and I've changed my own opinion about Perry, it's performance on OPS 60 old Schnurle scavenging motor worked well especially on the proportional fuel narrowing mechanism, simple but enough.
Manufactured while a dawn period of time as this OPS 60 motor has, 3,2 kgr Sukhoi was well pulled up while vertical maneuver, providing me some satisfactory, a normal Schnurle motor with hi-torque performance was nothing but a exhaustion feeling of chest.
Center of Gravity correction was a success.
Made up my mind to be an applicant of the contest holding 29th this month at Hyogo Pref, because I could have enough confidence to do that, the limited date is today, so I must give my entrance data to the organizer. PILOT Ace B flyers well and probably she would get high score in the contest.

Available tomorrow?
Though it's raining outside now, a few hours ago, it did cats and dogs being drenched to the skin, it due to the active Baiu-Front in Kansai area.
Hoping it would stop tomorrow morning, 4 airplanes were loaded in my car, additional one is Schoi 30 with OPS 60 motor, NOS condition as is, break-in procedure is the first step, Perry carburetor is equipped on it, what will happen let's see tomorrow, judging from the construction, I have enough self-confidence to adjust it completely.

A study in Pathology
Deeper consideration about the pain on lower right first molar led me to the conclusion that the pain was not caused by bacterial infection but done by some inevitable Pathological disease so to speak degenerative lesion, probably the piled secondary dentin material has narrowed the nerve room leading to lack of blood supply --- pulpal degeneration---tissue inflammation inside of the tooth.
I felt not a little pain on three root entrance, then all of them were alive condition to tell the external stimulation to the brain.
Dead tissue made of Protein comes to composed to spoiled condition, if no bacterial infection did not happen, composed protein material produces denatured gas containing strong toxin.
For example, canned foods found in a sunk ship is often opened with exploded history not because of deep water pressure but because of denatured gas inside.
Our body is mainly constructed with this Protein material that is difficult to keep in a stable and monotonous condition with some liquid circulation, among all, keeping it's atmospheric condition of electrolyte balance of bodily fluid is a key to keep our body in healthy condition.

Hell's blame suffer
Difficulty to put my lower right first molar under incomplete anesthetized condition obliged me ignore an unendurable pain that is nothing but Hell's blame suffer, I could know why the tooth attack was utilized as a confessions torture of War Prisoners, just a pain unendurable.
All the muscles of my body shrunk utmost while the Hell teasing with cold sweat spurts on my face like a water fall.
I actually regret at that time why did I come to Dentist's today, I should not come if I have this kind of Hell torture.
All the bad nerve tissue in lower right first molar has removed with a big noise at last today, and the root canals would be filled with some chemical material after the careful sterilization procedure.
The dental treatment would continue for more one month.

"Hornet " flight test with glass nylon 12-8 on YS 45 FR proved that just a little bit over loaded in no windy condition, so considering some uncertainty factor like strong wind, 12-7,5 would be acceptable, 12-8 GF prop. is not tested today, the answer would be obtained on next Monday.
PILOT Ace B flys well with OS 32 FX motor and Topflite wooden propeller as to draw all of F3A P17 maneuver pattern. Thanks to the sophisticated mixing function equipped in Futaba 10J Radio, even a high wing airplane can roll with straight axis horizontally and vertically. And the main wing with dihedral angle causing rolling action when knife edge maneuver could be cancelled bad manner applying mixing control.
TETRA Rookie 10 with OS 25 LA in combination with YS fuel pressurized system also draw P-17 maneuver full pattern without any stress, of course the smaller the size of airplane becomes, the more difficult to control.
10 size model airplane has unmovable interest to be controlled, it is meaningful to exist and to be obtained.

30 cc glow motors
ENYA 180 & WEBRA 35 cc
Both of them are 30 cc class glow motor for Acrobatic maneuver designed relatively old time.
WEBRA German made motor has obtained the day before yesterday from Yahoo Auction at very cheep price 3,000 yen and no competitor at that time.
I was a luckiest person on the earth, but, the muffler was not contained as the explanation, so, some suitable one must be look around, fixing pitch size is 35,5 mm.
2 m wing span sports model is long waiting for setting every thing, I have more another things to do and I am busy killed now.

Though I say that the direct anesthetic technique to Mandible nerve hole is acceptable, he hesitates to do that because of the accident such as paralysis.
Anyway, all the treatment should be over ASAP.

Repair & construction
PILOT Fighter destroyed a week ago by my primitive mistake has almost repaired.
The main gear base fallen down thoroughly was set in position and broken stabilizers, vertical and horizontal ones were fixed in original positions checking the alignment as exactly the same as before. Thanks to progressed glues like Epoxi and Alpha-cyanoacrylate, the repairing work is processed so quickly.
Building work in constructing model airplanes now does not require so long period of time if there is some intention and energy to concentrate in it.
Fosting up my own energy and sustainability is my proposition.
MK Star 15 is waiting for role out as the next one, judging from my recent experiences on smaller airplanes, 25 motor is suitable if F3A maneuver is desired with this old designed Golden Age model by M.Kato over 50 years ago.
Because applied I zero dihedral angle on the main wing, mixing setting would be easier when knife maneuver is performed. Recent sophisticated Radio does not require any self-stabilization geometric design like before.
Old common sense do not prevail now.
An aged geriatric
An aged man who does nothing is not recommended by me, just spending time with nothing might be some time necessary for the fighters of first-line deployment, but for a geriatric it would accelerate aging with progression on dementia, so retired veteran should think over something, try and do repeatedly and obtain something would be worth doing, don't you think?
I have been advocating in my own old Hobby, Radio Control Model Airplane flight after retiring from my job. 3 months have passed since I started training myself in F3A field and my condition as a contest flyer almost recovered as if I had been so 30 years ago, of course I know the generations have changed and old theory I believe in does not always pass and is not acceptable now, must I prove how much my recognition is distorted from the Central way of common sense.
Remember that the Flight at the competition decides all, "One shots come out!".

Bullied up!
Though I sat on the treatment chair of the Dentist, the clinical procedure did not go fluently as I expected, the anesthetic injection applied at the lower right first molar root portion did not take effect enough to remove the bad nerve tissue thoroughly. So, the dental treatment today is left on a half way leaving spontaneous dull pain in the tooth and gum tissue(because of injection stylus pain). Anyway, it is troublesome so much, the job as a dentist is not always a career that is loved and pleased. Annoyed period of time would continue at least one more week. I did nothing wrong betraying God, then why am I bullied up so much, what's wrong on me?

Undesirable place
Lasting continuous pain on lower right first molar prevents me from doing anything even spending good time with my lovely friends. This kind of pain is, some time sharp and another dull and continuous, so to speak bad settlement.
I determined myself to knock some Dentist's tomorrow, asking to remove all the bad tissue inside of the tooth and to clean all of the residual wall there killing out all kind of bacteria, to fill in the holes to the end of root tip not to enter any tissue liquid inside again that would cause secondary infection. Finally, it would be fulfilled with metal inlay again taking time about 1 month from now.
Wanna I ask you all that why the gate of the Dentist is so huge and so heavily dark like a prison?

Loxonin 60mg
Weather forecast tells that heavy rainfall before noon and over 30 degree celsius afternoon, even some Tornado warning in Tokushima, not so favorable today.
As for my toothache on lower right molars, took I some medicine to escape from unendurable pain, in spite of my own principle that I will never take any chemical material except I might be in serious condition like heavy dead straying from life or death, Antibiotics only is acceptable.
Such a person took an Analgesics, Loxonin 60 mg, only because of the reason, pain! Even recognizing the reason, the Neurotransmission pathway and the pain sensing area in Cerebral Cortex.
The degree of pain on me this time was above words and I did it as a matter of fact, in spite of some fear of the side action carried by an inexperienced chemical material, what kind of reaction would happen, the effectiveness of Loxonin is 1,000 times of Aspirin, side action might be destructive for me?
As an experimental trial, I took a half of tablet, then few minutes later it took effect as to make me forget all the sever pain lasted so long with sleeping disorder. The cause that prevented me from any works especially concentration was thoroughly eliminated, the apparent result forced me to recommend the usefulness of chemical material, Loxonin.
Though I thought that the primary Problem Solving is done by removing the fundamental root cause, some temporary pain controlling therapy might be effective to settle down the patient having been suffered from an unendurable pain.
This is why the Pain Controlling Division exists in the Internal Medicine.
