Distribution system

Young designers in mechanical industrial field who have not enough experiences to do that have been increased in number recently and the research and development department gives the go-ahead sign very easily resulting junks on the very end users. For example, the designing of drive washer to support 60cm diameter cooling fan is just only a tiny small C shape thin metal ring? It is a typical path that immature design was performed only on the CAD. In the discussion with a repairing engineer, he wanted to turn a deaf ear to me.
On the other hand, any machinery should go bad after some interval of use according to the law of commercial distribution mechanism in our society under the relation of complex entanglement of depreciation for tax system. So, all the designers should consider about it's life of constructing mechanical parts, a good designing is that all the parts should break after some period of use all together.
But, it my pleasure to find out the intentionally designed  breaking timer and repair it as it had been, though I might destroy our distribution system.
