The "Personal Letter" from Japanese government would be returned by Korea, incredibly extraordinarily countermeasure it would be considering international diplomatic relation? I wonder if any root of evil should be left. International issues should be tried by the International Court of Justice, because hiding and escaping themselves breed suspicions, come out please without any hesitation, otherwise the territorial dispute like this would last till occurring of next War?

Finally, Food Problem would occur due to abnormal weather condition at the global level.  Human being knows the manners under enough food and clothing, what will happen in future without food?　There is no proof not to go into violent behavior like an animal as former wars show historically.
