I have a problem in our new laboratory, about the noise pollution caused by vacuum pump system in our noise isolating room equipped together with air compressor system.
Hi-powered blower fan causes terrible noise and vibration when activated. Though all the surrounding surfaces are covered with insulating 7mm thickness rubber sheet and special materials, slightly remained noise irritating on the neighbor's wall is the object of the claim to us.

Then the countermeasures considered are replacing the conventional vacuum system into another way, for example to family use vacuum cleaner or trying to apply much more isolation in the room to block noise and vibration.
I'm going to talk about this problem with the representative of the building management company today.
Problems occurs one after another, it's just like a Mole bashing game, how long does it last?

Thanks to new laboratory with the conditions suitable for both scale and location, the customers have increased in number to double, this phenomena is above my capability to be digested alone, so I'll be ill in bed sooner or later.

Busy geriatric

The specified medical insurance code number that should be modified according to transferring practice has not arrived to us yet. Buddhism

I agree with the opinion, "Jitoumyou" meaning putting on the light by myself and for myself, "Houtoumyou" doing following along with the Law of Natural World.

Almost one week has passed since we had opened new place, not a few customer comes to us like the phenomena at the passed time over 20 years ago. I have realized that the necessity of a poised for a decent shop if normal dealing is desired.
Our new laboratory has enough capability to go well from now, my son lacks the determination and enthusiasm to continue here in stead of me in future, it's a matter for some discouraged lamenting. It's not good to blessed on earth?

Additional construction for our new laboratory is continuing still now, setting the door stopper mechanisms takes at least one day, internal designing changing applying new pillar and glass shield and lighting devices additions including decoration tenet setting. So my worthy holidays are fully occupied by the tasks to be here in my new place.

Leica in OSAKA

Direct mail from Leica Japan came to me noticing that 29th, Feb. Trial setting by applying some thrust angle intentionally on BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model has come to have two steering centric positions in the straight running phase following the traditional experiences meaning too much application of plus thrust angle this time, reducing it into half value must be done and this method must be effective for establishing dynamic thrust adjustment? Thank to the simple strut axle construction in VW 1302 Super Beetle, this kind of geometric adjustment is easier than other Beetles with swing arm axle one.

This is one of the reason to have chosen Super Beetle to keep for my private enjoyment as a hobby in addition to that of specific independent rear suspension designing.
I feel that I have almost digested Super Beetle after one and a half year interval of reconstruction and adjusting 40 years old vehicle without any outer assistance but only by myself.
Remained tasks for her are painting outside and minor adjustments only, all the moving parts works well as to pass Legal Inspection every 2 years by government agencies, not private one.

Tools for wood material works in my villa must be brought to new laboratory today, hole saws, drilling bit and so on.
The way for bicycle to pass steps in front of the gate would be compensated by putting iron flat plate there.
Some drawer should be prepared on the left side of working wagon for assistant convenience, the simpler the better.
The 100 yen priced shop would serve some adequate ones made of engineering plastic material, visiting there today for suitable goods.

Corrections

The negotiation to correct several inconveniences in our new laboratory would be performed with the representative of the building company this afternoon, probably it would take time to do that at the rate of the contentment of my son. BC7 result & son

In another words, thrust angle does affect on the steering centric position automatically. So, the steering centric position while straight running cannot be always reliable as a permanent Null position, because it drifts because of the upper reason.

Also some periodical mechanical noise being tuned to the wheel rotation probably from frontal right brake calliper portion must be checked enough not to have any anxiety while driving. Braking effect while turning remains probably because of discrepant TOOT gradation, lack of smoothness by bad proportioning ratio, fundamentally the criminal is reduced body height brought by applying GC8 GDB shorter springs. More consideration is necessary on this point, the original spring setting is one of a choice with harder shock absorbers.

Waiting for my son!

Thanks to some desperate effort by a professional engineer yesterday, almost of the preparation for new laboratory had completed, but still now remains a little bit, additional lighting in waiting room and outer decoration by setting some widow awnings including their color, in blue, brown or green?

I hope all the procedure on construction finish within this month and want to settle sooner.
On the other hand I do not want to be noticed an striking and eardrum membrane breaking like huge price on earth?

Holiday but not?

Still now a few the tasks remains to complete our new laboratory, so appeared myself here in spite of off time, yes it's Sunday today?
Coming holiday the day after tomorrow also occupied by the same kind of task, this tendency might last for the time being, but I feel not so bad to be like this, because the representative of the construction company has the same way as me to work even on National holiday.

Thanks to my son's effort to connect my computer with new light fiber inter-net system, I can do like this, some energy and wasting time were necessary if I did it by myself. Also he arranged wire-less connections with FAX system and LAN.
The communication speed would be increased to three times of conventional connection, good!

I should be occupied as long as 4 hours across the lunch time today, so I could have free time to do something on my air-cooled VW Beetle for the first time in a week.
Residual Nitrile Rubber sheet for insulation around the air compressor and vacuum pump system cause terrible noise and vibration, proved that it's strong chemical smell might obliterate musty odor settled down for long period of time in my OPEL B-Vectra and VW Beetle.
Though it's impossible to remove hatred smell of mold until the automobile should be disassembled thoroughly to the depth of removing ceiling cover in the cabin, strong chemical smell might neutralize the atmospheric air in the cabin?

Hope & planning

Our working stuff has gotten accustomed to the new layout of newly moved laboratory yesterday.
50% increase of the customer was recorded yesterday, but I must bear in mind that the amount of sales is in exchange for my health condition in future.
Anyway I hope my son come back here as soon as possible to continue our laboratory in stead of me.

As for some inconvenience of natural lighting of the windows, too much bulk of lighting is coming from the windows and it prevents me from concentrating to the operation and the practicing, inadequate lighting contrast exists especially the working time of period before noon, I'm doing toward South-Eastern direction.
This kind of problem would be solved soon by setting some Sun Shade like playing some ND filter in a photographic field.

BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model relatively works well, residual experiment is adjusting thrust angle not only by statistic scaling but also by actual and dynamic trials would be performed on the Highway burdening necessary tools including small oil jack and weight supporting pieces of wood, some fine Thursday would be favorable. Thanks to the desperate efforts by all the building stuff, we could have opened new laboratory yesterday, of course a few of them worked through the night. In addition, the appointment with 30 more new contracts increased by only a day opening yesterday.
I cannot be too careful on my health condition for increasing the bulk of the tasks from now to continue myself in this business in future.

Much celebration flowers in pot arrived at our new laboratory according to the date of opening as not to be arranged on corridor and in our waiting room.
Our working stuff including myself would get accustomed to new place relatively soon.

Opens today

Thank to the desperate effort by construction stuff all night long we could have prepared for opening new laboratory today at new place. Unforeseen affairs on the way for one month brought the incredible delay, resulting the toll yesterday.
We are ready for starting now and succeeded in starting this morning.
The gate of our laboratory always widely opens for anyone who need operation.

Again, I appreciate the kindnesses with admiration by the stuff related with the construction of our new laboratory.

72 hours!

The placement wintry atmospheric pressure, West high and East low, must make our country cold today in spite of the beginning of Spring season especially for those people without muscle training.
As for me, I am obliged to move myself for setting new laboratory no matter how I eager to have rest for the time being, too busy for setting all the layout to escape.
Anyway 76 hours later, new laboratory would open at new place without any delay.

Old rental agreement with the owner of the former place cancelled yesterday and all the duplicated keys were returned to them.
Some greeting was performed with thanks of 24 years contract with them including with his father who went away few years ago. Though there existed some promise with them to continue our relations if they move to newer place, the construction of their new building, occupying half of the ground space made ours too narrow to design our laboratory again.
As a matter of fact our contract was cancelled and I chose another place for new laboratory.

In addition, Hankyu Awaji New Station Developing Planning would be continue for as long as more 10 years from now, it means the interval of the rate of the decreased attract would continue for the time being. Consequently determined I to escape from the long continuing the squalid area for construction of our new laboratory.
Our new location is prepared the position is the next to developing area across to the street, 60 meters further than our old one but with double space at 2/3 of rental payment.

Transmigration

The equipment for professional use of our business had been carried into new place and the installation, configuration and operation test would be performed today.
It would take time for 3 days, true settlement would be established at the end of this month at least.
Though I had some planning to do the task by myself alone, great helping by my relative from the factory proved it had been impossible, enough stamina and concentration based on professional technology were required to do those complicated work for 4 machinery promptly.

Probably new customers would come to us on the opening day, on Wednesday, including visitors just for human curiosity?
Residual dust in old placed would be removed thoroughly and the place would be lender use for as long as 24 years keeping good relations with him longer.
Anyway I have been exhausted these days, I have determined to overcome this hardship with less stamina and mental strength, avoiding any accidents.

D-Day today

This piece of wooden part for entrance cost about 60,000 yen being set on the floor in new laboratory.

Today, residual wall paper and flooring procedure were performed in the rain fall climate condition, as for me, carrying 3 book stands from my villa to new place in B-Vectra's cargo room, resulting my exhaustion in the evening.
The wagon shape automobile is much useful than sedan one if the purpose is a district for carrying luggage.

Because wall paper finishing had not be done when NTT light transmitting-receiving cable engineer came the day before yesterday, they went home without business work resulting postponing till 15th this month!
It was very inconvenient for us opening on 14th Wednesday this month, how come?
My desperate efforts to ask them to do that before 14th with begging by bending 7 joints into 8 pieces, our wish was heard by them, nothing is more lucky than this, because the scenery that our new opening of new laboratory but without a telephone line would not be acceptable for us?

All of the official documents have submitted safely this afternoon according to the fixed regulation.
99% of preparation for moving machinery has covered by myself and residual 1% of work would be done by a professional from the factory, he is one of my relative. Especially the reassembling of the X-Ray head of Tomography apparatus would be performed  by the professional, I never.
With all the complicated schedule of our new building of laboratory, we'll be able to open on the decided date!

Little free time

I have muscle pain in everywhere on my body this morning, too much working on moving heavier machinery must be the reason, but I would overcome this hardship by old mental power. As is often the case, thing worthy but unnecessary for us was found much incredibly, of course thrown away all of them finally as several cups of dirt truck.
Some cubby box furniture must be brought to the new place from my villa in the mountain today, in this scenery B-Vectra wagon would play big success.
New laboratory would be opened on next Wednesday if everything goes well!
Now never internet, PC in working place is disconnected for the moving preparation.

After tomorrow

Judging from the weather　forecast today for the 10th this month would be fine, so we can move our new laboratory to new place under a good environment without being drenched to the skin, because Early summer season often gives us shower on earth.
Almost of moving luggage have prepared in cardboard boxes for moving to new place yesterday and the deserted relatively big furniture would be carried away this morning contrary to my intention.

The change of basic design by my son has invited this result deserting precious specially designed furniture, being wasted about 1,500,000 yen in total.
I didn't say any complaint about this because my son would work long as a master here replacing with me, so his intention would go first.

In addition, the recombination of optical cable connection would be performed this afternoon, anyway I must be there at those times.
I'm in busyness of about desperate for any help even that of Tommy.

Now moving

Before reassembling Tomography X-Ray Apparatus a measurement expert finished the ceremony for the submitted document to public agency, because the measurement of an another X-Ray system with the strongest radiation power could tell all about it's leakage.
Now I decided not to make a hand on the disassembled machinery by myself till coming Saturday, because a professional person would come to us for moving another machinery.

Network would disconnected tomorrow because of switching to another new place, so I might have any difficulty to continue my blog for the time being until the router might be installed into our new laboratory?

Our business is stopped now for transferring to new place, even 60m's movement consumes great energy of many concerned stuffs. Thank to their heart-full servicing we can continue our business with my son in future, appreciation!    

Work of expert

Measurement of radiation leakage by the professional engineer would be performed this evening after moving installation in new place with our desperate efforts before that.
Of course I've been instructed how to disassemble a big X-Ray system on last Saturday, I'm not sure I could do that only by myself, completely an outsider of this kind of engineering field? I would stand on the critical brink of win or lose(the same price of a middle class Mercedes).

Peeping inside of the expensive device of X-Ray system, several big capacitors that are less common in daily lives are observed and the internal finishes are performed carefully and politely with best concentrations like appealing to be handled with best care.

My son is influenced not a little by the energy poured into the laboratory transfer this time, and he would settle our place returning back from Gifu Prefecture, so we hope.


I would go on a relatively easier way after that, it may not be so easy but not so difficult.

Moving soon

Because I carried several heavy cardboard boxes I have some dull pain on my back in the evening today.
Utilizing some parts of cabinet for professional use in our field, I made up my mind to produce 2 carrying wagons by myself, in spite of some color difference exist, they would play a important assistance in the actual scenery.

However tiresome and boring the tasks would be to make up some furniture by myself, I have to do that as a obligation.
Designing this special furniture, the convenience would be considered first depending on our history in the specific way of use.

Today should be the last day to work really in my conventional laboratory, feeling some sadness and pathos on the pity place that supported me as long as 24 years. In the middle of this month, new laboratory would be started with blessing by the neighbors.

Several small paper boxes have to be prepared to pack tools and instruments for moving to new place, though the distance is very short as 60m only. I'll prepare them because I have already enough for net auction use.

The special hidden secret way of carrying X-Ray Tomography apparatus was instructed by the engineer from the factory on past Saturday afternoon, of course the vest care should be invited to do this, now no anxiety exist to destroy ultra precise machinery. Actually my car would be utilized to do this, because any vibration factor should be avoided and be required the best care for gentlest handling on the way.

Recent research on Chernobyl Nuclear Accident happened tens years ago in Russia, not only malformation of new born baby and Thyroid cancer but also some Mental disability, committing suicide and depression disease should be invited additionally.
The reason to construct a Nuclear Power Plant is simply nothing but the cheapest electric supply for exporting industrial materials to outside of self countries, so the price of the electric power used in the manufacturing process is directly reflected on the products to be compared with other competitors in outside companies.

If we continue to stop all of Nuclear power plant in our country in total, we would loose International competitive ability in Export sector, instead of obtaining the safety available ONLY in Japan, remembering the diffusion of pollutants on a Global Scale in case of Nuclear Accident if it should happen anywhere in the world.
Then what would be our choice, take the right path based on justice enduring self-poverty or put an emphasis on the near -term National Interest by holding a just cause of another progressive country's attitudes?
Outstanding European representing country, Germany has decided to desert all of the domestic Nuclear Electric Power Supply Plant already.

Japanese old things

I had some information about a kind person, Mr. Teizo Sato in Fujiidera City showing his collections of "Hina-doll" in his big house privately with free of charge serving a cup of tasty Japanese tea and some sweets.

Also about a special dyeing professional for ancient natural Japanese clothes with old methods utilizing natural plant materials. He is one of a descendant of the Yoshioka Dojo(Japanese fencing school) that was destroyed by famous man Musashi Yamamoto who won the duel with Kojiro Sasaki at Ganryu Island in 17th century. Recently he was awarded in Arts and Culture by the Government of Japan.

They are the matters of making us feel wonderful with those materials from the bottom of our heart, and the more, with having opportunities to meet with the persons who are keeping wondrous things in the best condition and producing the old things under the honestly scientific researches.
We should appreciate those people who give us the depth of our trifle lives.

Closing air volume control screw would be effective to recover the idle control screw response. I'll re-adjust SOLEX 34PICT3 carburetor again on coming Sunday.

All the machinery for our business would be all checked by professional engineer, who is one of an intimate relative living in KYOTO. He would give us some indispensable information about disassembling machinery and device promptly. The electric wiring methods instructions were already received and already being done following his advices.

As an another attempt, additional 1ohm cement resister connected with series wiring manner would make the sensitivity dull and as the matter of fact choking period of time would be prolonged? Basically this kind of inconvenience must have caused by the mechanical thermostat device playing a part of important action of cylinder warming at the phase of cold starting.
