The most miserable nation:Japan!

It is said that both fights and defeats, but it is not true that the penal provisions are applied to conflicts between nations.

In the current situation where the permanent members of the UN Security Council are given the right to refuse deliberation and only unanimous matters are executed, fair rulings cannot be expected. Permanent members cannot have the same interests.

Suppose a great power plans for 100 years and controls her small country for their own benefit. Is this acceptable?
