Diet adjusting for body weight reduction is effective for me. It's not so difficult to make every meal as less as possible and never take dinner before falling asleep within two hours interval.
The body weight reduces day by day, sleep well, no opening eyes in the middle of the night untill fine morning and all the body actions are smooth and light. I've realized I took too much bulk in every meals at inconvenient timing for my stomach activity.
Write again, as smaller amount of food in every meal and never eat dinner in minimum 2 hours.
After two weeks interval I drove NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz 1300 RS. I could feel the desperate efforts by the designing engineers in the production maker. I could not find any disadvantages to complain in every constructions, 2NZ motor and it's computer control, Super Intelligent E-4AT transaxle, axle setting including compliances and it's transients, I think it perfect C segment automobile on earth.

New tech introduction
The interesting descriptions were found in some Web site written by former Three Dias Motor Company engineer.That reminds me of good days as a researcher when I was young, especially about the introduction of new technologies served by a young researcher. Writing down later.
Not a few company leader say to new young commer to try something new, but most of ordinal persons would hesitate to do that because of the fear to make mistake and keep themselves conservative.
Most of US manager would consider about the company ten years later because the increase of income while his term would make his position higher and his salary more. General Motors Co.'s result is a good model of this way of thinking.
Unfortunately Japanese motor companies are following in the same way.
In case the company with the same an owner and a manager, it may possible to go into some adventure and such kind of decision may be required to survive.
But the manager of big company never pass dangerous bridge or check it enough by hitting it with some stick until breaking it down.
So, the sensational new ideas are in the miserable results, because the dangerous ways are ignored by the conservative way of thinking by elder engineers there.
Relatively safe way like following after the same devision but different company's safety productions, this is very natural way.
But remember here that Japanese managers have some tendency to be influenced by the reviews written in foreign language except Japanese one.
The true reason to accept the newer foreign technology is not because of the correct estimation but because of being estimated as an no-capable manager by the others.
No newer proposal would be served in such closed and conservative atomospheric researching lab room. Once served newer proposal by younger engineer, the disadvantages are scattered by elder ones immediately, newer proposal would be mined as a void.
Once proposal were done by young engineer, the idea must be supported and nourished by the surrounding elder persons overcoming and eliminating innate disadvantages.
New ideas by younger persons are often dangerous and including
difficulties to realize actually,so the desperate efforts together are required to realize the new technology, all the people there must have enough capability and potential to overcome the unpredictable barriers.
Without any experiences to have the bitter syrup, no newer progressive technology would not be borne.
Firs make effort to up the specialized technologies and next determination is necessary, never to give up!
Bear in mind here that most of the cases, critical failures would surely happen, the ross would compensated by the income made twice, otherwise new technology would be difficult to bear.

V-belt

Most of air-cooled VW Beetle have only one belt on crank pooley except the models with cooler compressor.
9,5mm width and 900mm length V-shaped belt was found in VW 1302 Super Beetle, probably this one has been boarded for long time as a spare parts in case of accident. The purpose of this part is to generate and to rotate the cooling fun of which drive shaft is the extension of generator, contributing to space and parts number reductions in engine room. Also the length adjusting is performed by adjusting the sims combined between the pooleys, inner and outer.

Servicing in cold
Rear brake line rubber grommet near master cylinder were set in correct position,inner and outer promptly.
Brake pedal backlash was minimized by adjusting piston push rod.
Grease was applied on three pedals moving hinge positions.



Old on board jacks thrown as voids were arranged into useful wright jack from now, 19mm socket is adaptable so air impact tool or air socket tool may be applicable, the jack up and supporting performance would be improved on pit workings.
The hitting portion on right strut lower support was eliminated by grinder, this is caused by wider but genuine wheels introducing.
The switch for driving and fog lamps is positioned on lower surface of dashboard, so sometimes hit my right knee with unacceptable inconveniences. As an convenience closed switch hale exists just beside the head lamp switch, so no reason is found to utilize this one as assistant frontal lamps.
But an additional switch with the same shape as assist lamps with 6 terminals is found on left side knee position, I have not yet inspected the performances, check it out! I wanna removed all the convex matter including switches because I'm afraid of severe injury in case of unpredictable accident such as panic stop.
Any convex material existing under the dashboard does seriously harms on the driver's legs, this is written based on my own experiences for over 40 years.
The test driving on the moderate up hill proved enough 11AD motor performances, torqueful and powerful, ATDC 5 degree ignition timing is correct. Also the error of wheel alignment exists naturally because of steering linkage ball joints replacements yesterday.
Special tools I made before would play a important part from now.
Small silicon rubber ball valve crushed in an air impact tool and the small broken rubber pieces closes the orifice inside the air distribution mechanism. Disassembling and overhaul would recover the original performances so I hope.
Finding out the fracture of lower arm bush on the right side, wheel alignment measuring and setting must be performed after the defective parts replacements on both sides, parts are already obtained. Strut upper mount parts replacement would be done at the same time. Actually tasks do not finish endlessly on this 40 years old VW Beetle.
Though 2 small air compressors are set in my working pit, both of the pressure limitation are set at 5kg/cm2, I feel lack of air balk and basic poor pressure. The adequate pressure for air tools I have is about 6-7kg/cm2. So the pressure limitter must be adjusted to obtain higher pressure and air bulk. And smaller air tanks must be combined mechanically in order to increase the air bulk.
VW? VW here is just a little bit different.

Train accident
Strange sound is sometimes heard when the train goes on curvature way. The frequency of the sound is over 1kHz and uncomfortable to be continued. The reason of this kind of strange sound is the lack of physical mechanisms on one piece wheel, necessary differencial gears are not equipped like automobile. And the fact has much to do with derailment run aground occurred before, though the report of the cause had been some composite reasons by Accident Investigation Board.
As for my opinion, the applications of the differential gear system is necessary on adequate wheel portions instead of long running solid one piece combined wheel, becasue many an accident had been triggered by this fundamental physical reason, strange pendulum constructions may invited but after that, the first is human's life safety, no?

Enjoy tough jobs



Horn wiring in steering column should be checked and sure horn action must be established.
The universal joint boots must be replaced 2 in total, recirculating ball steering gear box thirsts Microron to prolong it's life as long as possible because no replacement parts is supplied in the world.
Pillow ball joints in steering linkage should be replaced 4 in total.
Frontal strut upper mounts on both sides would be replaced.
Wheel alignment procedures are waiting not only for passing the Legal inspection but also for establishing the central value of factory decided standard values precisely utilizing special tools I created before.
Discreet, conservative and tough jobs as above are, the satisfactory results would be obtained so clearly.
Description in the evening:
Additional chrome molybdenum grease was applied in the boots of all 4 ball joint ends.
Idler rod end ball joints were dead on both sides so rod part was throughly replaced and tie rod inner ball on both sides were replaced with left threaded adjuster.
Silent horn was disassembled and the terminal pressure was adequately adjusted resulting in repair success.

Kuroshio troubles again
The Mainichi evening news paper wrote about the express train named "Kurosio" again that belongs to JR West Japan Co.
Today around 5minutes past 11 AM at Shirahama St. in Katada Shirahama cho Wakayama pref. 14th Kurosio bound for Shin Osaka 6 consolidated was cancelled because the driver of the Limited Express had found out the defect of the speed sensor. In last December 2 trains were canceled because of the similar troubles. If the speed sensor were out of order, the pendulum adjust control system and emergency train stop device would not be activated.
JR West Jp Co. says the cause of the trouble is now under inspections including those in last December's ones.
Specially invented newer device like the pendulum adjusting system may have some tendency to have some troubles because of the complicated constructions with not only mechanically but also electrically, but the establishment for the safety is the first.
So enough inspection, experiments and preventions must be prepared before the Kurosio train begins to run again for business.
