Ceremonious day today!

It's a very ceremonious day today for me, my son is about to work here in our new laboratory together with us for the first time. Feeling I something different from ordinal weekday, because the purpose of my desperate effort for these 27 years is nothing but this critically wonderful moment! Though his working day is only single day a week, the opportunity to come to us must be increased in number, now is the time for the starting moment of our transition period of alternative generations.

Remembering my past as one of a educational stuff in the department of Prosthodontics in some University, I have to refrain from giving too much advises from the beginning, otherwise he would have fall in self-hatered situation. Say something to him only when he asks to me, make himself realize by himself after his own considerations, let him realize on his own perceptions.
The education in technology jobs are very difficult, because he must arrange himself in his mind to know the right way, this is his own way that's different from mine, though he says he wanna follow mine.
Selecting easy way trying to obtain know-hows without his own efforts is just easy come and easy out, things important for his skill would not stick on him. He should have experiences as much as he can from now. Anyway he must create his own principle in our field as a better practitioner by his own seats.
Human life is learning tenderness after overcoming hardships, please remember?

Judging from a X-ray information, some bone resorption is recommended meaning the root canal treatment is not enough to seal the canal on the tip portion or some bacterial infectious reaction exists. This is why I come to a dentist's tonight. Also the root canal treatment had been done with a good concentration, still have I some discomfort on functional root, palatal one, praying that would better day by day. I just remembered the principle of RCT, any bacterial infection on root chip in bony tissue should be eliminated before root canal filling procedure. In the worst case that the problem would not solved, I will come to Tokyo for Otani Institute of Root Canal Treatment. I must prepare 60,000 yen for 4 roots treatment in total, because the price of the treatment by a specialist would cost 15,000 per one root, so I hear?

Private and social affairs

But separated knuckle ball joint comes back surely in the original position because of tapered mechanical joint construction. This is why I had chosen this way though some complications would be accompanied.
Narrower space comparing conventional model EP82 required some modification of special tool  by grinding upper part to suit this NCP10 model.

Deteriorated cooling water temperature sensor sends ill signal like over heating phenomena happened, so the fans are activated in Hi level. In addition the sensor problem, cooling fans relay on-boarded in dash board might be a criminal of this affair. Making up my mind to replace upper two parts without any hesitation including thermostat also. Avoiding misunderstandings between a client and the usual parts supplier(it happened several times in the past), I have to be informed the parts numbers by friendly factory mechanic. I must check the service manual for BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model from now, because the cooling fans continue running while not in over heating but in normal condition in spite of bubble removing work had been performing so carefully as taking time repeatedly. The reaction of electric fans that the phenomena stops after restarting of EJ22 motor shows the action should be controlled not by mechanical reason but be done by some electric especially software?
Of course a cooling water temperature sensor might have something to do with the inconvenience, in addition to an electric fan mechanical relay.

First of all checking the diagnosis restored in ECU have to be done seeking the fault or faults, cooling water sensor defect should be shown as Morse signal #21 by flushing the check engine lamp, in addition to the former procedure by connecting black 2P coupler, the unconnected 2P green coupler would perform self-diagnosis immediately after connection with the performance of decided recipe by the factory design probably following Bosch patents. As for mechanical parts replacement, thermal sensor for ECU & mechanical thermostat controlled at 78 degree Celsius would be replaced after the checking on the poor contact between the terminals promptly.
Some ECU signal might be mischievous to trigger the strange phenomena this time, so I feel.

Asking the engineer of Tkarabelmont, the replacement parts would be prepared , as for my surprise, indispensable special parts, 12mm-100mm bolt are necessary for fixing the oil pressured cylinder mechanisms otherwise the upper part of working chair would be slipped up when the seat upper part was held for handling. The engineer promised me to send the special bolt and pressure hose. The movement main part would be moved to us on coming Thursday in the morning.

Takarabelmont Axis 90 working chair has excellent designing construction reflecting the long lasting production performances in different field, barber chair production covering almost of share in Japan. The strength of the movement hinges are strong and tight with no tendency of wear, over quality as it may be, the period of 30 years after production contains no anxiety for provisional use from now. Oil pressurized mechanisms and hand tools ones are basically separated, this concept might have made this machinery last long?

I would enjoy setting this machinery from now in combinations with the new designing of lighting system, LED with cell battery driving supporting by relatively delicate and lighter flexible arm.
