Who will be the next?

It is often the case that Hoaxes fly around in the absence of reliable information once a catastrophe occurs. In spite of the establishment of world wide Website, we do not have reliable information, different opinions are scattered everywhere like bamboo shot after the rain. Ordinary people are at a loss what opinion should be taken, because reliable knowledge information are required from a professional standing point of view. Governments that do not want to take responsibility often use the word ”Self-responsibility”. They cannot take responsibility even though they cannot determine which information is correct. Is this the same for government people? Is't it a situation where a Charismatic leader should appear?
