Predict a timing for shooting photos

Typhoon #14 in the East China Sea in the west of Kyushu had very unlikely course this time, and now it is passing through in the just middle of Shikoku Island West to East direction, it's a very rare phenomena at all. From Wakayama, cross the Kii-Mountains to the Pacific Ocean straight to the West, and the least possibility to re-land from Tokai to Kanto region. Anyway, wind would blow harder after the typhoon passing, I'm just worried about the tiny flowers, stay as they are please! Consequently, Sunday and Monday would be more suitable for flower shooting.
