Logging in over 1,700 km since she came to me at hand, wheel alignment was checked again and corrected yesterday into ideal condition. Toe-in 1 mm and thrust angle plus 2 minutes were corrected into zero values. As the distortion and deformation are inevitable by the former wheel alignment and axle construction, it takes time to be reformed into more adequate condition, such kind of phenomena is observed especially in rubber material of the bushes scattered everywhere in moving construction. This is why the correction and adjustment could not be accomplished by only a single trial.
In order to release the deformation stress when alignment is changed, the vehicle must be moved forward and backward removing device setting and reconstruct it again. This procedure is done in every turn, very troublesome muscle work at all with inviting precise concentration.
We cannot ignore the presence of rubber material in the axle construction.
Of course repeated experiences and piled know-how are the key to success to establish an ideal wheel alignment and axle construction.
It goes without writing that patience and training are indispensable, however sophisticated machinery might be, it cannot go alone.
The physical property, elastic strain, viscoelasticity, residual strain, recovery time and hysteresis are "The Sanctuary Field" those cannot be invaded by an amateur or a layman.
