Setting 2 pieces of 9-5 propeller on OS 46LA motor as an experimental trial gave me a meaningful information yesterday. It was a first time to fly with 4 blade prop, extension dash of speed after downing phase has been far reduced instead, downing speed was slower than 2 blades with braking effect by added 2 blade areas. As the flying dynamics are fundamentally different from 2 blades airplane, more research and development are required to establish my own 4 blade flight. Remembering my past, I have been insisting the same propeller, Graupner 12-10,5 on YS 60 FR motor, because of the principle not to change any collateral condition to keep the motor operation stable and monotonous. Now, time is come to get into the research and development in propeller field, though the way is not not a plane one not easy as imagined, I'll do that to find out the best balanced condition for 2 cycle motor, also the exhaust pipe length in addition to "linear adjustable pipe" in accordance with it's operating rotation. The way would be so far as to break my will, but I'll try until I get some effective result.
The wheel alignment discrepancy on SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza was found and corrected after 400 km highway running, that of 0,8 mm rear total toe was corrected resulting 1,8mm toe-in condition. Became far better than before, no steering rotating adjustment is required when stop and start including while circumambulation condition.

4 blades propeller on OS46LA
I just imagined to set two pieces of 9-5 propeller on OS 46LA for braking effect in downing phaze like Golf ball and Hour glass. I wanna see what will happen the phenomena if the props were set in different tracking position. By increased blades in number to double load, 9-5 prop must be suitable or over load, so I guess, the fact would be proved actually tomorrow after noon. This is the indispensable experimental trial for the future application in F3A field with gas motor, now the people has tendency to change the power from gas to electric motor. If 4 blades propeller would be suitable and had a enough braking effect, I would like to choose this method.
Front Toe direction
I have been immersed in wheel alignment and suspension constructive geometry of the vehicles these days, SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza and air-cooled VW Super Beetle 11AD. According to the suggestion by our accounting clerk that the number of our keeping cars is too much, reduction of them are necessary condition to be required to keep our economic condition, elimination of wastes.
About the adjustment of so to speak wheel alignment, Thrust angle and the vector direction of front Total Toe direction should be the same theoretically, but actually they differ a little actually, probably the discrepancy must be caused by the error of camber values on 4 wheels, backlashes on supporting bearings, uneven weight balance and adjustment error in everywhere. Then which is the prior error to be relied on for adjustment, front toe direction or thrust value scaled on rear wheels? As my reliable opinion, the trust angle should be adjusted at the rear adjusting points based on front toe direction until it comes to front zero error. This is the key to establishing Zero Thrust condition on the vehicle. My opinion like this might change if more sophisticated way would appear in future.

A car in "Zero Thrust" condition
It's my best fun to find out the prompted the best point and the condition in Physics field. Also, the purpose of my life is nothing but this, otherwise, it is no meaning to lead a life on the Earth for me. Having an interest with curiosity and pursue it is my life. I pay some little attention on the speculation of others, because it is mainly based on the 3 large desires that people have innate and the properties are the same as myself. So, checking myself is enough to know and realize about that, no need to pay attention to others.
As for the car wheel alignment, there are two types of those, Zero thrust adjusted one or not. Probably, very few persons have experienced "Zero Thrust" condition, like some engineer or researcher in the develop division of a manufacturing company? Completely different and fantastic world would be opened in driving a car, I'm sure!

Air-cooled VW Super Beetle alignment
I just remembered that the wheel alignment on air-cooled 11AD VW Super Beetle has not been checked for a long time since the rear torsion bar bushes had been replaced, they changes their form relatively easily leading to causing alignment discrepancy at all. So, following to SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza, wheel alignment check and correction on 11AD were performed yesterday, holiday as Autumn Equinox.
I make it a rule not to go outside on any National holidays, because the roads are crowded everywhere and holiday drivers does in some rough and aggressive manners scattering discomforts and inconveniences.
Though I thought it might take time to do that at the beginning because of the suspension construction that has no way to adjust the thrust angle except inserting the adjusting sims, the first trial could have carried out the destination. Just adjusting the left rear wheel base could solved all the problems, also one notch left turn on the steering wheel spline groove could have attained the centric position firmly. LASER pointer level device is useful for the adjustment to correct the horizontal errors. Periodical checking on the wheel alignment and suspension geometric construction is indispensable to keep the vehicle in the best condition with comfortable ride.

SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza alignment
After finishing wheel alignment correction on SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza, I have realized that the difference of wheel bases on both side should be corrected until the same value would be obtained and the importance of an even wheel base length is one of an indispensable element that an equivalent with another ones. Though some engineer says that the discrepancy on wheel base does not affect on steering feel or a very little if it happens, so paying attention on the value is not always necessary. Now, I can say that such kind of opinion or just a rumor is just a white lie on Earth! Just believe in an unreliable opinion that is not proved with Scientific method is nothing but dangerous at all. Without proving in a adequate way should not be discerned, instead the truth and fact should be proved and established them by oneself. Truth and the fact are completely different from just an opinion.
4 points of 4 wheels should form Isosceles Trapezoid(Exception; Diamond-shaped Parallelogram) because the tread values differ each other between front and rear. And the wheel base value is the same right and left, Isosceles Trapezoid is formed if been seen planting. This circumstance condition is indispensable requirement to establish the correct wheel alignment on vehicles. In order to extend right side wheel 4mm, the rear suspension main bar was loosened on fixing 4 bolts and applying force for twisting effect and tightened, no longitudinal effect happened as a matter of fact, so, the tension rod bracket at rear hub housing was modified to form long hole at 6mm value. According to this idea, the difference of 4 mm length was compensated by this method.
As mentioned before, LASER pointer Special Tool was utilized to measure and adjust the horizontal direction procedure and 1719,75 mm half diameter Pendulum device was applied for vertical trials promptly.
As the result, after my desperate efforts for two days advocating, my SXE10 Altezza goes like an arrow without being influence by external disturbance from uneven road surface condition, remarkable improvement of stability while straight running, reduction of rudder adjustment, just keeping the steering wheel at centric position is enough to keep going straight though the road inclination causes the increase of rudder pressure. It was not established for these 10 years to measure and adjust the wheel alignment and suspension constructive geometry were precisely measured, adjusted and corrected as mentioned above until I correct the discrepancy of wheel bases, in another words, until set-back and Swung-Rear-End should be corrected to adequate condition promptly.
Driving feel under this extraordinary accurate suspension condition cannot tell in words, but just feel a comfortable world.
All the standard of values were followed onto manufacturer's manual.

Difference of wheel bases
Sense of potential to go right side going bad habit on SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza and air-cooled VW 11D 1302 Super Beetle for a long time of period although Zero Thrust Axle Conditions are established with desperate effort utilizing self made Special Tools. So, I have checked the wheel base length promptly, as for my surprise, right side WB was 4,0 mm shorter than left one on SXE10, on the other hand, as for Super Beetle, right side was also 9,5mm short then the right, how come? The stories could be constructed fairly, both of the discrepancy can lead me to the conclusion that the cause of inconveniences are brought by that reason. Though, some difference of wheel bases on both side dose affect little on the drive feel among the engineers, I dare say, it affects and causes bad drive feel.
It is childish and primitive to measure with some device on anything, I don't find out another way to satisfy myself scientifically on Earth? The energy comes out in my heart after recognizing this kind of discrepancy, wanna I know the truth and the fact ASAP!
I'll check, measure and correct the discrepancies on my keeping vehicle now, report later.

3 blade propeller
Thanks to the stylish seeing to it that the exceptionally unusual present was included by the seller of YS 45 FR motor, very rare metallic spinner for 3 bladed propeller was included in the sent baggage together, so my long kept ASANO 3 blade Glass fiber Polyester prop could be used on Sukhoi 31 on which YS 60 FSR motor had been burdened. Wanna I see the fact after the 3 blade performance. Slow and speed controllable flight is now prevailing in the field.
For the upper purpose, 4 cycle motors and Electric motors also belt down EP are the indispensable items, but remember here that the breaking effect is obtainable by the air spoiler and some adequate shape of the blade in combination with any adequate pitch value and also the increase of the blade number 3 or more like the WW2 period the latest Japanese Ente shape interceptor "Shinden" by Kyushu Airplane Industry?

YS 45 FR motor
Arrived YS 45 FR motor exhibited as a junk material was fully disassembled, cleaned and maintained as usual. Fitting between PC & cylinder has enough tightness as a ABC designed construction like a new one also no scratch on the surfaces was observed on both PC & cylinder. Tightness is not brought by rough handling such as over heating conditioned operation but by the result that had not been used for actual use.
Needle valve nozzle hole for fuel splaying was closed by sludge and vanish that is not a requirement for normal operation. Main driving bearing #6902 was replaced into NTN production with smaller balls but with increasing in number. Establishing all the requirement, miserable old motor YS 45 FR motor has revived as a superb 45 2 cycle motor just like a Phoenix.
Though the production of this model was over 30 years ago, the performance of this YS 45 motor cannot be exceeded by any other ones.

YS 45FR motor
A strong Spell by old YS 2 cycle motor's extraordinary performance forced me to bid 45FR motor that is an initial production with shiny silver head in YaHoo Auction at 1,100 yen last night. Looked rusty as it was, I have enough confidence to maintain it and survive again because I have several replacement parts to be incorporated. It would arrive at me in the beginning of next week after payment. Almost 30 years has passed since it's production, it has enough performance as the strongest 45 2-stroke motor, so I think, I don't know why the seller exhibited as a collection item?

Rainy today
Rainy condition today prevents me from going out for R/C flight, though all the batteries had been fully charged, how come? Coming Sunday is prepared for Pylon Racing at our flight place, so I must give up the flight this week. Consequently, my free today would be spent for preparing the new one, Majestic.
Wounded finger has almost recovered after a week interval, no tendency to be infected by bacteria nor bleeding again, fully covered by newly born epithelium tissue.
It is often the case that the models are suffered from the overheat phenomena of the motor especially 4-cycle on scale model with fully covering would. The cooling air flow is not enough to keep the cylinder temperature at some adequate condition leading to unstable rotation and some times motor stop. Though I have never experienced such an over heating condition, I applied air flow holes on the Su-31 as shown. Because the covering on the head top is fully opened, no overheating phenomena would not happen on YS 60 SR motor on boarded.

Epithelium & crusting
Isolation from mechanical irritation on the wounded part of my finger brought the remarkable healing for 4 days interval. Crusting in the cavity is observed and no pain if kept untouched. Applying Antibiotics paste into the cavity also oral dosing of the same Tetracycline prevents any bacterial infection of the Keratinized epithelium was tone as deep as connective tissue layer portion. Any way, the prevention of bacterial infection and cutting off of the physical stimulation there are the key to cure the damaged part of a human body quickly.
