Continue maintenance

Residual #1 working chair was serviced yesterday, it was mainly maintained on water distributing hose replacement including main water pressure controlling diaphragm valve. Cup water supply connection was clogged and separated at hose connecting nipple portion as usual.
Though these kind of maintenance should be performed much more earlier stage after the movement to the new place, it was postponed till yesterday because of my own neglect.
Anyway, our new laboratory has settled and been ready to go with perfect circumstance.

As for 30 years old Takara working chair, #1 preset back seat lay downing performance does not work, #2 does well, no mechanical relay switching is discerned by preset switching action. Switching module were disassembled to check especially on capacitor breakage and all the former generation IC chips were removed from their socket and set as they were. Unfortunately, the result was not favorable, no change of phenomena was observed, in spite of some confidence for recovering. As the circuitry cut is predictable, specific rheostat, 10k ohm B curve rheostat might have been lost the contact inside, so replacement of this mechanical part is an initial attempt.
In case of a negative result, I have to ask to the manufacturer for the electric connection design, they must open it because of 30 years old designing, no secret information to be hidden is not contained.
