Improvement of smoothness on Gimbals stick in Futaba 10J transmitter has remarkably recommended by applying the carbon led powder between neutral guiding lever surface and guiding pin.
According to my experience on the shutter trigger when I disassembled Leica M3 old model, several materials were applied at that portion, Teflon powder Microflon, 2 Molybdenum sulfate, and Carbon Led Graphite Led powder.
Carbon led graphite powder had some advantage among the materials tested especially in the condition of short distance, slow movement and relatively high pressured slipping scenery.
This same concept was applied on the transmitter gimbals construction because I had been suffered from some uneven movement phenomena in aileron, elevator and rudder stick actions. Slipping resistor changes and the stick movement transition is not always acceptable to set and keep the stick angular position when vertical flight. This is why I determined to replace the lubricating materials from ordinary Silicon grease to Carbon graphite powder.
Now I have no complaint on the gimbals stick movement in 10J transmitter as a matter of fact. Next actual flight would prove that the change of lubricant should be effective enough to compete with the other applicants who all are armed with the most sophisticated proportional system 18MZ. Defeating higher weapon with the cheaper arm is my way.
The reliability of the Radios between them are the same however cheaper it may be, so the requirement at the competition scenery is nothing but the skill of the pilot, eye sight to the moving thing and my own quick finger reactive movements.

Pure stunt model "Erica"
Fully self designed high wing stunt model is now under construction. Wing span is 1600 mm for meeting with the regulation, main wing airfoil is 17% symmetric and the thrust layout is similar with an ordinary stunt model, though "Erica" looks like just a slow flying dull high wing model, I would like to get higher score in the competition scenery with "Erica".
It looks that a high wing designing is not suitable for F3A pattern maneuver, this model would have enough capability to defeat another stunt models, most of them should be some China made ARF models.
I will take part in the competition with "Erica" just to win, not only for participating.
The power source would be OS 55 AX inviting YS fuel pressure regulated pump system. Propeller is high performance Akizuki 13-6 Glass Fiber Polyester hand made one.
Probably, every applicant would be surprised to see my high wing stunt model with laughing, and with making little of "Erica".
In order to recover my shocks caused by loosing 2 model airplanes last year, I must make haste to finish this "Erica", ASAP.

Unknown Landing Thing
A beautiful colored insect was taking a rest on the wall surface this morning, I don't know it by name and where it came from. The shape, figure and coloring of their living thing is nothing but an art. Probably the construction of the exoskeleton must be fine and the muscles, nerves and synapses are well designed inside, also it has an indispensable capability to inherent its specific Genome Information to it's next generation.
I'm looking forward to find out some suitable good coloring design to be imitated for my model airplane.
Whenever I verify designing and coloring on the natural living things such as beautiful insects and Tropical fishes, I never recognize their functional beauty without surprise.
By the way, who made this? What's the purpose of this living thing to have appeared on the Earth? How long it's life circle would be repeated and continued? Before that, why I myself is living on the Earth, what is the necessity of Lives here? I know that our business to produce the next generation and have I my son actually. Still now I have the Question.
If I was an artist, I would try to find the way in the natural living things to establish my standing point of view.
And my critical goal would be overcoming the "Natural" by my work.
Though my desire is not well performed enough even after 68 years interval.

The 89th Ashiya Symphony Orchestra Regular Concert
The 89th Ashiya Symphony Orchestra Regular Concert was held at Nishinomiya Hyogo Performing Arts Center Grand Hall this evening and we enjoyed far more than usual, because the Conductor was specially invited, Mr. Sachio Fujioka. The sound they served was superb like a different orchestra, actually their all programs were above words. Their professional like performance was fully conducted by Mr. Fujioka probably with hard work.
The sound of strings had some ultimate balance with warm thickness and harmony, transition to the next phrase was very smooth, also the connections with another instruments were so marvelous as to satisfy the audience today.
Though I would often feel some noisy condition while fortissimo phase, I was not suffered from saturated noisy sound even once.
I realized that the sound of the orchestra is not decided by the skill of the members but is done by nothing but the sense of the conductor.
2nd program, K. Emerson & G. Lake : "Tarkus" was the best one this evening.
Mr. Sachio Fujioka is going to take office as an invited chief conductor of The Tokyo City Philhalmonic Orchestra on '19, April

Trasmettitore cardanico R / C
Sto mantenendo Futaba Transmitter, 18MZ, 14SG e 10J, quindi è possibile confrontare le loro funzioni reciprocamente. La funzione sul bastone del giunto cardanico è la prima differenza sulla resistenza di scivolamento, molto precisamente diversa ma influisce sul volo come dato di fatto. In particolare, questo tipo di resistenza viene prodotta con un movimento a distanza di 1 - 2 mm sulle superfici della leva di ritorno automatico e del perno di guida.
Il modello di fascia alta ha cuscinetti a sfere sulle parti assiali rotanti e la progettazione costruttiva ha effetto, con un movimento fluido nella costruzione del giunto cardanico.
Come esperimento di prova, ho applicato I 5-2-3 cuscinetti a sfera sul perno di guida, poi ho scoperto che il movimento nel giunto cardanico è notevolmente migliorato inaspettatamente, la scorrevolezza del modello 10J è paragonabile a 14 SG o più.
Quindi concludo che il criminale che produce una brutta sensazione sulla dose di costruzione Gimbal non esiste nel movimento assiale nell'estensione del volume, ma sulle superfici scivolose tra la leva di ritorno automatico e i perni di guida.
Il controllo dei fenomeni di collasso del bastone appare se i cuscinetti a sfera sono applicati in pratica, significa che il rinnovo e la riprogettazione della dimensione della leva di guida auto-neutra dovrebbe essere fatta.
Inoltre, una leva e due perni di guida producono le differenze di forza della molla, un lato più leggero e l'altro più pesante.
Nel caso di due leve che si legano e la progettazione del perno di guida a leva singola non ha importanza sul movimento direzionale.
Ho appena ricordato lo scenario quando ho smontato la fotocamera Leica M3 finder alcuni anni fa. Quando ho applicato del lubrificante sulla parte del grilletto dell'otturatore, nessun olio e materiale Microflon era accettabile, ma polvere Carbon-Led. Il punto in cui esistono le superfici scivolanti con pressione relativamente alta, solo la polvere di carbonio con materiale Led è efficace per ridurre il resistore di scivolamento.
Ho intenzione di applicare il materiale di grafite sulla costruzione Gimbal dopo aver rimosso l'olio di grasso messo dalla fabbrica, la cattiva sensazione sarebbe scomparsa, quindi spero.
Il rapporto risultante più tardi.

I'm keeping Futaba Transmitters, 18MZ, 14SG and 10J, so it is possible to compare their functions each other actually. The function on the Gimbal stick is the first difference on slipping resistor, very precisely different but it affect on the flight as a matter of fact. Especially, such kind of resistor is produced in 1 to 2 mm distance movement on the surfaces of self returning lever and guiding pin.
High end model has ball bearings at the rotating axial portions and the constructive designing takes effect, with just smooth movement in the Gimbal construction.
As a trial experiment, applied I 5-2-3 ball bearings on the guiding pin, then I found out that the movement in the Gimbal has far improved unexpectedly, the smoothness of 10J model is comparable with 14 SG or more.
So I conclude that the criminal to produce some bad feeling on the Gimbal construction dose not exist in the axial movement in the volume extension, but does on the slipping surfaces between self returning lever and it's guiding pins.
Controlling stick collapsing phenomena appears if ball bearings are applied as a matter of fact, it's means that the renewal and redesigning of self neutral guiding lever dimension should be done.
Also, one lever and two guiding pins designing produces the spring strength differences, one side lighter and the other heavier.
In case of two levers binding and single lever guiding pin designing does not matter on the directional movement.

A tiny art
I found out a small insect in my garden this morning with 1.5 cm length.
Very small as it was, it had an artistic beauty, however hard I might try, I would not be able to imitate it, it's functional art is far above my imagination.
It appeared in front of me overcoming many hardships, the possibility to born might have been very small.
It can fly in the sky with superior controlling and it would contribute to produce it's next generation.
It's body construction must be fine inside, the muscles are well controlled by nerves coming from it's brain. No one can make like this but the God.
It's color and pattern are above words, just fine.
I hope this living thing would last till it's Gene transfer would be done safe with coming across with a heterosexual friend.
I feel happy whenever I find out unknown living thing whatever it might be.
