Difficulty in close-up shooting

All the flowers in my garden are at full blooming condition now, so it's the time for best shooting. Every flower that is about to bloom has strong energy to live vigorously. Newly fabricated specific close-up lens is very difficult to handle well, yes, because of very slight and thin focusing depth, however I might my camera set in Machine-gun shooting mode. 6 times enlarging field is just a fantastic and never to be observed around same size. On the other hand, establishing an acceptable picture is hopelessly rare at all.
Exposure value is well set automatically, only a focusing point setting is the clogged problem, over 100 shooting could made this single pic. as a matter of fact.
