Negotiation

Today we are going to have some opportunity to negotiate about the designing of new laboratory that would open at the end of February next year.
Constructors serve different prices, one is a half, how come?

Our field is regarded as lucrative job generally, so all the connective services have some tendency to be summed up at high price, how come.

Even electric replacement parts are the same, sometimes 10 times, the price of a micro switch at 270 yen at Nipponbashi was calculated at 3,000 yen?
Exactly the same material sold at 3,000 yen is sold at 10,000 yen in our field, how come.

The same kind of phenomena is observed in construction budget estimations.
Cheating customer who is just a simply layman is relatively easy, I wanna know the truth.
Very similar prices would be served by the outsider, but the insider does the double price?

If I choose the outside constructor, I must do effort to control and guide them occasionally, on the other hand I do the latter, no paying attention is required till the new place would be finished. The difference of the price is not small, 7,000,000 yen!
Too big money to be ignored on earth?

The designing of the out side construction, which to choose, a typical American one or European moist calm scenery? How about changing it either inside or outside?
Standing baroque like a red light district is not always necessary, just noticing there may be required for our job.
