Maintenance works


As mentioned yesterday, the malfunction in water pressure control valve block should happen on residual 3 working chairs sooner or later, so measures would be done before staring today's work. Just disassembling the bock and making a hole on sealing rubber sheet to make the controlling plunger move smooth within full operating range, cutting following after impressed marking. Keeping the operating range of water stopping plunger is the key to re-obtain an originally designed function.

As for BC7 SUBARU Legacy LSi US model, several trial to recover the malfunction on rear transfer system, MPT, so, replacement of multi plate parts is indispensable task no matter how the work is complected and tiresome. I must do that if I continue it. The number of the plates exist 4 and 5, 5 design is only for Turbo powerful model only, so Natural Aspiration model LSi would have 4 plates. The pressure control valve itself in combinations with MPT is very seldom to loose function, so the factory engineer said before, so the valve would not be replace at the same time.
Thanks to the establishment of wheel alignment, especially on thrust angle, the centricity of the automobile matches with that of driver, this kind of driving taste has never been experienced until the thrust was adjusted according to the frontal toe direction precisely.  This is why I do not want desert this 20 years old  SUBARU.
