To whom Oil belongs?

The price of oil gains higher and higher, day by day. Additional production was rejected at their meeting. The reason is that the global consumption of oil is imminent due to the abolition of Gasoline vehicles and new introduction of Electric powers. It is some very natural reaction seen every market.

The source of crude oil is corpse of dinosaurs, which happened tens of thousands years ago. Then who on Earth can declare the ownership of the natural resource formed ancient time? Are there natural resource for nomads who have lived on it without any direct relationship?

Of course we can pay the mining fee, but they claim ownership and feel uncomfortable trying to sell at high price and make unreasonable profit. Ancient rotten dinosaurs body belongs to you, Nomads?

Anyone stop me from falling off the chair basting into laughter?

The natural resources created by the long term changes on a global scale are available to the all the people living in the present age. It is the public resource to be shared equally. It is not something that people who don't have the ability to utilize can sell at meaninglessly high price only for selfish profit.

How many generations can non-settlement Nomads go back to claim ownership of the Natural Resource, Oil?
