The truth and fact supported by the Pure Scientific proof are easily neglected by the upset of masses who had been oppressed with threatening and fear. In spite of the warnings by the professional, our Government keeps the way in vain. This is nothing but a National Character that is easily influenced without own belief. The measures taken by our Government are all behind and almost no effect. Locking down and State of Emergency do not take effect at all. Both of them have not any academic reason and proof.
