Tiredness or satisfactory

No tiredness with no satisfactory or tiresome but with satisfactory, which do I prefer ?

Yes I do the latter, but just a mimicry or following another persons behind are not so interesting for me at any time, I must find out some creation to do anything.

Basically I do not pay attention to the matter of common occurrence, with no reading news paper, because no new matter is not described there, exactly the same matters as yesterday though there are some difference in those places and in those persons.

I make it a rule to find out something creative in any field from a amateur standing point of view with conviction of creations.

I came up to the elementary school as a specialized doctor, finding out many bamboo trees there for "Tanabata ceremony", meeting only once a year for lovers across to Milky Way. But the the weather condition is not so favorable because of cloud of rainy season, this year may be unlucky for children.

Periodical adjustment

So these parts are recomended as to begin deformations soon after rolling out from the factory assembling lines as a new model.

And the deformations on this upper mounting supports easily causes errors on wheel alignments and constructive geometries.

This is why the periodical adjustments on these points are necessary if designed ultimate performances by the users.

Replacement parts are prepared, 4 shock absorbers including all of relative rubber parts, new BOSCH 120A alternator and starter motor including magnetic switch module and motor brush module.
These parts obtained make me cause headaches and it's really nervous so much because energy consuming difficult tasks are waiting for me.
The critical trouble on XH200W in addition is that of air conditioning, leakage of cooler gas, expansion valve, liquid tank, compressor and evaporator ? How come, do I do that all by myself ?
Dash board full disassembling procedure ?
Just troublesome tasks with no interests !

Change plans

Keeping automobile in the ultimate condition needs keen sense to know it's dynamic performance sufficiently, mechanical construction, electric circuitry and the physical properties of all the parts including deformable rubber insulators and compliance bushes.
As we know a rubber material has the tendency to deform according to time passing, sometime with permanent deformation, hardening and loosing enough compliance, so the decided periodical replacement parts must be replaced if comfort driving feeling is desired.
150,000km used XH200 Opel Vectra has come across to the point to replace many parts for axle and motor.
Shock absorbers for 4 wheels with relative rubber parts, starter motor and alternator are prepared.

Now heavy duties are waiting for me on coming holiday.
To tell the truth, 2 more years are enough for Vectra at the beginning after the legal continuous inspection, but obtaining most unlikely ball joint parts for rear axle had obliged me to change the original plaｎs.

Old part starter motor for Vectra was disassembled and grease upped yesterday that was obtained from the Auto disassembling company in Nara Horyuji the day before yesterday. The commutator had no wear and brushes also enough height like new ones, so I summed up that the magnetic module combined had enough further life left. This part is going to replace with original one while an alternator replacement. Just remembered, Shock driver instrument bought long time ago was not find out, my son must have moved it to his pit.

Belt tension

The adjustment of tension rate on rib belts are not so easy when some tension adjuster are not prepared independently, in those cases the mounting position of alternator or power steering pump play a part of adjuster.

NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz has not tension adjuster promptly, so the tension rate relies on the sense of mechanical engineer, some times causes slipping noise when it was too loose as my case, newly belts replacement done 1 week ago, makes crazy slipping noise, stronger tension should be applied.

And lost 5mm screw from starter motor yesterday must be found out in the engine room of Vectra.

Alternator & Starter

BOSCH 120A alternator part as new one was sent to me yesterday. According to common sense the part is processed scrap but well serviced one by professionals in the division, so to speak Re-build New Parts, even ordered to DENSO factory, the parts are boxed and re-build ones. But this time the alternator is packed in familiar BOSCH original yellow paper box and completely new one however hard I may check, with no used evidence, probablly over 70,000 yen, getting it luckily at half price.

Alternator replacement procedure means the best opportunity to access to the stater motor, so the desorption would be done at the same time. On the best checking and paying attention on magnetic switch terminal, some modification must be applied, changing contact timing earlier to compensate the wear on terminal contacting position, prolonging the the life of magnetic module more 50,000km farther.

Money consumption

Older automobile over 10 years requires adequate maintenances especially imported one does. On XH200W Opel Vectra consumes much money and effort, servicing and parts replacement. Some factory engineer said that if you obtain some new replacement parts, do that as soon as possible otherwise many of new one must be left undone. This opinion is to the point, yes, I have many like that.

A Bosch fuel pomp previously replaced was rechecked again to fix the O-ring firmly, that was successful with applying Eg oil around the surface of ring. This kind of fundamental procedure must be done so firmly not to make any anxiety later.

EP82 TOYOTA Starlet makes noise from power steering and compressor rib belt as usual. Sooner or later timing cogged belt including pulley bearings and water pump would be replaced, do that at the same time. There are much advantage in the cost when we check Web shopping sites, let's see to it.

Cooking today

Covered distance 160,000km on EP82 TOYOTA Starlet requires the replacement of magnet switch in starter motor. Loosening two mounting bolts on trans-axle is may be relatively easy because the screw tapped on motor mounting case itself, the magnet module parts is prepared already, this is today's task.

On XH200W Opel Vectra fuel pump module mounting system must be checked again. The new parts BOSCH 120A alternator from Hokkaido didn't arrive yesterday, so the replacement of the parts would be performed on the day after tomorrow. Recharging on D type battery also would be done today for SXE10 TOYOTA Altezza.
